It’s not about perfection…

I’m not here to follow trends or to try to set any—I’m here to share my story; maybe help someone find their path, the path that’s right for them.

I am not perfect. No matter how glossy and nice my website looks, know that it’s never about perfection. I have days when I don’t make my bed. Days I grab that bag of chips and lie in my messy bed and binge-watch brainless shows.

My website is for everyone. No matter the gender you identify with, the lifestyle you lead, the color of your skin, or where you are from. Everyone is welcome here.

That whole-food plant-based lifestyle…

Yoga and mindfulness keep me grounded; community and activism keep me driven. I’ve traded the pressure of perfection for the simple goal of living ethically and healthily. It’s about progress, not a pedestal or prize

What does whole-food, plant-based mean?

For me, living a whole-food plant-based lifestyle is about coming back to what is simple, honest, and nourishing. It means choosing foods in their most natural state—fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, nuts, and seeds—foods that haven’t been stripped down, altered, or overloaded with oil, salt, or refined ingredients. I aim to eat as cleanly as possible: no animal products, no added oils, minimal salt, and avoiding refined sugars and gluten whenever I can. It’s not about perfection—it’s about intention, awareness, and making choices that support my body and my values.

This lifestyle is also deeply rooted in compassion. I believe we can live fully, vibrantly, and healthfully without contributing to the suffering of animals. Choosing plant-based foods allows me to align the way I eat with the way I want to move through the world—with kindness, respect, and care for all living beings. It’s a quiet but powerful way of saying that our daily choices matter.

Follow my health journey

In April 2026, I started a little vlog to keep track of my health journey. Most days, I’m talking honestly about the realities of losing weight and living a healthy life—but it’s not all about that. It’s also become a place where I share bits of my everyday life, whether I’m out traveling or just taking you along for whatever’s happening at the moment.
